Aphrodite
Aphrodite - involves complete
planning and co-ordination of a wedding. This service is
suitable for couples who have no time to plan their own
marriage from start to finish. This full service includes:
- Initial and on-going consultation/advice on wedding
etiquette as required
- Prepare a budget
- Generate a schedule with time-lines and checklists
- Assist with the selection and booking of an
officiate for the wedding
- Assist with selection of theme i.e. style and colour
for the wedding
- Tracking R.S.V.Ps and who will be attending
- Find, negotiate with and book suitable vendors (e.g.
caterer, florist, baker, photographer, printer,
videographer, musicians etc.)
- Review contracts from vendors and coordinate needs
- Provide details of how to obtain a marriage license
- Plan the ceremony
- Verify insurance policy to be taken for type of
marriage and assist with booking
- Prepare itineraries, seating list and name plates
- Instruct attendants about their duties
- Coordinate the collection of gifts received on the
wedding day
- Wedding day coordination
This package is most commonly selected by our clients and
can be tailored to a certain degree.
Price: based on 15% of the
overall budget (min. fee £1000). A high percentage of this
fee is often recovered through negotiating discounts with
suppliers.
