Wedding Package Terms and Conditions
Pricing:
The pricing policy for Crème de la Crème weddings has
been set up as such to ensure you have visibility of your
wedding costs throughout the project. We will work within
the budget you have defined. If any extras are required then
these will be carried out with your consent in writing.
Cover:
We are covering Berkshire and majority of districts in
the UK. Our service charge will cover travel expenses for
Aphrodite within
100 miles radius of Crème de la Crème weddings excluding
accommodation costs. Expenses for accommodation and events
beyond 100 miles will be charged at a cost. Costs for other
services will be calculated on an individual basis.
Payment:
If you decide to use Crème de la Crème weddings then the
following will apply:
- You will need to return a signed copy of the
contract with a 25% deposit of the total fee
- A further 50% of the total fee is required 60 days
prior to the event
- The remainder of the total balance must be paid 21
days prior to the event
No services from Crème de la Crème weddings or its
suppliers will be guaranteed unless payment is received.
Cancellation:
Crème de la Crème weddings cancellation policy for
Aphrodite is as
follows:
- Up to 180 days prior to the event you will be
entitled to 50% of the total paid less any supplier
cancellation charges
- 180 days to 90 days you will be entitled to 25% of
the total paid less any supplier cancellation charges
- Up to 30 days prior to the event you will be
entitled to 10% of the total paid less any supplier
cancellation charges
- No refunds can be given for cancellations or
amendments within the last 14 days prior to the event.
A stricter cancellation policy will apply for all other
services. |
